How this Image to 3D tool works
This tool turns a single photo into a textured 3D model you can rotate in the browser and download. It uses the open Hunyuan3D-2 model family: your image is cut out from its background, a diffusion model generates the 3D shape, a mesh is extracted and simplified to the polygon count you chose, and an optional paint step colors the surface from every side. How to use it
- Upload a clear photo of one object on a plain background (PNG, JPEG or WEBP, up to 10 MB). A slightly angled view works better than a flat front view. Not sure? Read how to choose the best photo, or press "Try an example".
- Add extra angles (optional) from the left, back and right if the back of the object matters. See when extra angles help.
- Choose a style and polygon count. Low poly gives a faceted look, smooth gives rounded surfaces, detailed keeps fine features. Counts run from 50 to 100,000 triangles; this guide explains what to pick.
- Generate, then improve. Watch the live preview, then add texture or refine the model.

Tips for better results
- Use soft, even light and a background that contrasts with the object.
- Choose matte, solid subjects; glass, mirrors and chrome are difficult.
- If the shape is wrong, change the photo; if it is just rough, raise the polygon count.

Where is the tool not available?
