Terms of Use
By using ImageTo3DFree.com and its tools you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Kepler Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.
1. The service
ImageTo3DFree lets you upload an image and receive an AI-generated 3D model or voxel build. It is provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis. Jobs are queued and processed one at a time; we may limit usage, pause the queue, or change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Regional availability
The AI model behind the generation tools is licensed in a way that excludes the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea. You must not use the generation tools, or view or use their outputs, from those territories. The guides and informational pages are unaffected.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep whatever rights you have in the images you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that uploading them does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant us a limited permission to process the image and store the result for the short period needed to provide the service (see the privacy policy).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break any law, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- create or process sexual content involving minors, or exploit or harm children in any way;
- impersonate a real person without their consent, or create content intended to deceive, harass, defame or discriminate;
- incite violence or terrorism, or produce content intended to cause harm to yourself or others;
- develop or improve weapons or for military purposes, or make high-risk automated decisions about people (health, legal, employment, credit and similar);
- generate or spread malware, or attempt to bypass, probe or overload the service or its safety measures (including by automated bulk requests);
- use outputs to train, improve or fine-tune another AI model;
- present machine-generated output as human-made where that would mislead people. When you publish results, indicate that they were generated by AI.
We may block access or delete content that we believe violates these rules.
5. AI-generated results
Results are produced automatically. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose, and we make no promise that a model will be watertight, printable, or free of resemblance to existing works. You are responsible for checking a result before you rely on it, print it, sell it or publish it, and for how you use it. The underlying model is subject to its own license; you are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to you.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim related to the free service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe that content processed or displayed through the service infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@imageto3dfree.com with: what work is affected, where the content appears (job ID or URL), your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.
8. Links and third parties
The site may link to third-party sites and may show third-party advertising. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. Questions: contact@imageto3dfree.com.
