Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Kepler Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us") handles when you visit ImageTo3DFree.com and use its tools. We tried to write it in plain language and to describe only what actually happens.
1. Images you upload and results
When you use a generation tool, the image (and any extra-angle images) you upload is sent to our server and processed to create the 3D model or voxel build. We do not need an account, name or email address to do this.
Uploaded images and generated results are stored only so that you can view and download them. They are deleted automatically about 24 hours after the job finishes. Access to a result requires the random job ID; we do not publish results, list them in a gallery, or use them to train other AI models. Please do not upload images of people without their permission or images containing personal data you do not want processed.
2. Technical data and rate limiting
To keep the service available and fair, our server processes your IP address in order to limit how many jobs one visitor can run at once and per minute, and to prevent abuse. A job record contains the job ID, job type, chosen settings, status and timestamps, and an identifier for the client derived for limiting purposes. Our hosting provider and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) also process standard request data such as IP address, browser type and country, which is also used to apply the regional restriction described below. We keep an anonymous per-hour count of jobs to plan capacity; that count is not linked to any person.
3. Data stored in your browser
The tools store the ID of your most recent job in your browser's local storage so that a page refresh does not lose track of a running job. This stays on your device and is removed when a job is dismissed or you clear site data. It is not used for tracking. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
4. Advertising and cookies
The guides and tools may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
Where the law requires your consent for advertising cookies, we ask for it through a consent message and do not load personalized ads until you agree. You can change your browser's cookie settings at any time; blocking cookies does not stop the tools from working, although the ads you see may be less relevant.
5. Availability by region
Because of the license of the underlying AI model, the generation tools are not offered in the European Union, the United Kingdom or South Korea. We determine your approximate country from your IP address (via our network provider) for this purpose only.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by: our server and network providers (hosting, Cloudflare) so the site can operate; and advertising partners as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from abuse.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may have rights to know what data we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to object to processing. Since we do not require accounts and delete job data after 24 hours, there is often little to retrieve, but you can write to contact@imageto3dfree.com with your job ID and we will respond. You may also ask us to delete a job's files earlier.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
