What to write to us about

A job failed or looks wrong. Please include the approximate time, which tool you used (3D or voxel), the settings you chose, and, if you can, the image. Job files are deleted after 24 hours, so write soon. Our guide on why results look wrong covers the most common causes.
A correction to a guide. If a fact, number or instruction is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which sentence.
Copyright or content removal. If you believe content processed by the service infringes your rights, write to us with the details described in our terms of use and we will review it promptly.
Privacy requests. To ask about data related to a job, see the privacy policy and include the job ID.
Business and press. Partnerships, API access and licensing questions are welcome.

We cannot provide free custom modelling or fix a specific image by hand, but we are happy to suggest settings and photo changes that improve a result.
